"If music be the food of love, sing on till I am filled with joy"
Henry Heveningham

Alexis Bondoc, MT-BC, NMT (she/her/hers), earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. She completed her clinical internship with McConnell Music Therapy Services, where she worked in a variety of medical settings, primarily in pediatrics at Sutter Health in Sacramento, CA. Following her internship, Alexis obtained her Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT) certification. Alexis currently provides music therapy services to private clients in home and community-based settings through MMTS.

A trained vocalist, Alexis has been involved in vocal performance from middle school through college, including choral ensembles, a cappella groups, barbershop quartets, musical theatre, and opera theatre. During her undergraduate studies, she debuted as Little Red Riding Hood in the musical Into the Woods. Her passion for music, combined with her desire to help others, led her to pursue a career in music therapy, where she uses music as a tool to support growth, connection, and positive change.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys trying new foods, quality time with friends and family, working out, watching anime, and singing with friends.
