Georgia M. Agerton, MT-BC (she/her/hers) is a recent transplant to Northern California, originally from Houston, TX. She recently completed her Master's of Arts in Music Therapy at the University of the Pacific, and completed her music therapy internship at Houston Methodist Hospital's Center for Performing Arts Medicine. She earned her B.S. in Music Industry Studies and M.B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans. Georgia grew up playing the Tuba, but now enjoys playing guitar, piano, and singing. She is passionate about the many ways music can be used to help people. In her spare time, Georgia studies Spanish and is comfortable using it in clinical settings. We are looking forward to Georgia returning to clinical work in January 2023 following her maternity leave.
